2009 Official Rules

1. To Enter: Visit the On-Q/Legrand and Vantage booth, space #1102 on the exhibit floor, at The Orange County Convention Center at 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819 and get scanned to receive (1) ticket to enter the sweepstakes. Attendees can earn additional tickets for additional chances to win by attending a training seminar (10 additional tickets per class attended), winning a game of darts (1 additional ticket), getting a tattoo (1 additional ticket) and/or getting their photo taken on a Harley (1 additional ticket). The sweepstakes begins at the opening of the convention on Thursday, March 12, 2009 and will end at approximately 5 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2009. Winner must be present to win. Grand Prize Drawing will take place at approximately 5:30 p.m. on March 13, 2009. Drawings for other prizes will take place throughout day on Thursday and Friday. Information required on the ticket entry is as follows: first and last name, email address, company name and telephone number. Entries must be complete to be eligible. No mechanically reproduced tickets will be accepted. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

3. Drawings: Grand Prize Winner will be selected at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2009 in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received. Drawings for other prizes will take place throughout day on Thursday and Friday. Potential prize winners must be present to win. If potential Grand Prize winner is not present and does not present himself/herself at the booth within 2 minutes of the drawing, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries. This process will be repeated under a potential winner who is present is selected. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release at the time of the drawing. If potential winner who is a minor in their state of residency, potential winner will also be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete all required documents and prize will be awarded the prize in the name of the minor. Entering incorrect or incomplete information in the registration process, or failing to meet the eligibility requirements above, will result in sweepstakes disqualification. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purposes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: ’09 XL 883L Sportster Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Approximate Retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $7,000.00. Grand Prize will be shipped to winner’s residence. Grand Prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted. Motorcycle will be delivered with standard equipment only. Color and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the motorcycle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize Winner (or such Winner’s parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Other Prizes include: (100) T-shirts, ARV: $1,000.00, (100) Hats, ARV: $1,000.00, (1) Jacket, ARV: $400, (250) Guitar Picks, ARV: $250 and (20) Keychains, ARV: $175. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Please consult with a tax advisor to determine your potential tax liability. The total ARV of all prizes available to be won is $9,825.00.
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and judging organization are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Hartford, Connecticut.
